Based at HQ, assisting upper management in setting goals that promote company growth: Understanding and deployment of strategic actions within international facilities. - Regular study and development of forecasts and long-term business projections - Reporting of the monthly Capex forecast for Applus Laboratories division. - Implementation of New business units: Contracts negotiation and study of business needs.
