Exercised CSSF-approved oversight within the Management Company, reporting regularly to the board. Monitored outsourced funtions /TA, AML/KYC, Internal Audit) and held veto power on distribution agreements.

Advanced rapidly from Assistant Product Manager to AVP, contributing to the development and management of international investment fund structures and collaborating with key stake holders, such as Legal, Sales, Client Service, Compliance, Risk, Marketing and many more.

Executed investment fund administration, investor servicing, and operational processes within the transfer agency environment.
