Globally managed implementation of 1st Global Employee Survey within 5 divisions (40,000 employees) and with team of 7 divisional project managers, achieving Group response rate of 90%. Acted as Compensations & Benefits Mgr to co-run salary review of 2 Oncology regions and drive process improvement. Conducted Group succession analysis and presented findings/recommendations to Talent Mgt Network. Partnered with Corp. TM Hd to expand pilots of potential assessment/devt plan methodology across Novartis.
