Implemented Project Management processes at Bluespace based on PMI and PRINCE 2 methodologies. Managed successfully three major versions of Bluespace's product which has been implemented at customers with no major issues afterwards in production. Recruited and trained the Testing Team for Bluespace.

Formed the Software Testing team within Bluespace Software Romania Hired and trained a team of 9 people in the area of Functional Testing, Non-Functional Testing and Automated Testing Identified and assured implementation of the proper software tools to assist the Software Testing Process: Defect Tracking Tool, Test Cases/Scripts Managing Tool, Automated Testing Tool, Performance Testing Tool. Created and assured implementation and maintenance of the Testing Strategy Documents, Test Plans, Test Reports
