Technology is at the core of making business and everyday life more interesting and successful. In the last 20 years I've helped clients across various industries (financial services, capital markets, industrial goods, public services and health care) to shape and deliver technology solutions to achieve high value outcomes. As part of Digital BCG, I am leading BCG Platinion across Asia Pacific with a strong focus on building our capabilities in these markets. The combination of human centred design with a deep understanding of technical architectures and IT delivery is one of my current passions. Achieving business outcomes will depend more and more on the close integration of customer experience design with technology innovation.
