Created new software department, hiring 4 staff to support maintenance and improvement of server and IT systems. Trained staff, scheduled and planned new projects and managed HR functions. Assisted third-party developers with access to company servers and set up interface for user accounts.

Developed software architecture for multi-layered application, identifying security requirements. Directed IT administration. Developed continuous integration system. Documented API and created secure open authentication system, allowing third party mobile and web developers access to company platform. Passed industry standard security and penetration tests.

Led a team of IT professionals, creating and implementing an innovative software module connecting company’s main software with databases and customer relationship management software. Designed new user interface with a modular design and templates allowing seamless changes. Ensured quality through exhaustive testing, configuring build server for constant feedback on code.

Implemented algorithms and a graphical user interface. Recorded, evaluated and tested data. Collaborated on two scientific papers accepted to the 9th and 12th Annual Conference on Genetic and Evolutionary Computation as well as being selected as a presenter.

Developed software using ideas from nature, focusing on complex scheduling solutions, including a simulation of real-time strategy games with a graphical interface. Designed “Evolution Forge” program with 1st year downloads of over 10K. Directed core business processes.
