I manage sales representatives for Carl Zeiss Vision in the states of Florida and Alabama. I travel extensively with my reps making sales calls with them in order to generate sales through our laboratory in Clearwater Fl. I serve as a leader, mentor and am responsible for our market through a variety of strategic initiatives.

The main objective of this role was to help increase sales of other Business Development Representatives in their respective territories (Florida market). In essence I was the "closer." I was responsible for accelerating growth by identifying key Eye Care Professional targets, developing effective selling strategies and winning new Rx customers in the Florida region.

Sales position where my territory covered was in Iowa and Illinois.

I was a sales representative in a business to business sale of high speed internet service, local and long distance plans and phone systems to local businesses in Southern Iowa.

Participated in the NCAA Division I Regional Baseball Finals in both 1997 and 1998. Trans American Athletic Conference (TAAC) Conference Champions in 1998. Our baseball team was ranked in the top 25 of the NCAA Division I, attended two years.

Conference Champions both in 1995 & 1996. Also, we earned our way and participated in the Division I National Junior College World Series in both 1995 & 1996 in Grand Junction, CO.
