Working with the rest of the Executive Board to develop and execute on the strategy and plans to continue to deliver 20%+ growth year on year as well as improving the efficiency of the K2 business in delivering real stakeholder and shareholder value.

Running the K2 operations in the USA based out of 3 locations and providing nationwide staffing services in the SAP, Oracle and Cloud services sectors. Responsible for the execution of strategy, development and growth of the business in both sales and back office including talent management, sales/business development, process control/development - to regional P&L and EBIT delivery.

I have sole responsibility for the growth and development of Partners K2 - the permanent staffing business of the K2 group. My role is to both grow and develop the people and the business in this area as well as supprting the whole group in my widwer role as Partner.
