Focusing on the Airline IT Online Communication Strategy, responsible for the evolution of the Amadeus Airline IT website, identifying and rolling out digital marketing initiatives, including social media activities, ensuring overall consistency of messages and visuals for the online channel with the offline deliverables, both at corporate level and within Airline IT department.

Responsible for the coordination of the inside sales team that covers Europe, Africa and Latin America, in a software company whose main product is a middleware platform for data virtualization. Individual sales target for the northern Europe region.

New business development and introduction of ‘new to market’ products to existing clients in order to up sell and increase revenue on core database opportunities. Initially working in Nordic market & later UK Public Sector. Analysis of accounts with proactive approach to identifying and building new opportunities. Joint team target of GBP£13 million. Individual annual target of GBP£1.3 million in incremental and new business revenue. 105% target achievement.

Responsible for account management and new business development for a localisation services provider. Working to high sales quotas, responsible for the entire sales cycle. Activities included organizing/ manning trade fairs, cold calling, meetings with prospects/clients, drafting of RFP documentation and management of client accounts. Achieved 150% annual target and brought Transware to be one of two preferred vendors for a client with an annual spend of USD$5 million on localisation services.

Responsible for backup-media management, procedure design and implementation (for the backup of HP-UX systems). Managing business reports taken from Oracle databases using Brio and SQL, point of contact between report recipients and software developers. Maintaining department intranet.
