Phd candidate with focus on A.I., Decision Making and Motion Planning under Uncertainty

During my Master Thesis at BMW's Research Department for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, I developed a new algorithm for the prediction of lane changes of drivers on freeways. The designed algorithm is the first which combines physics-based, interaction-based and manoeuvre-based approaches and realises better results compared to previous implementations. The algorithm is now integrated in BMW's highly automated driving prototype.

Design of Gravity Compensation and features for Haptic Usability for a heavyweight door with free orientation. The prototype design led to a development contract with an interested company.

During my time as a Student Research Assistant, I developed different small robot constructions including servo motors, designed IC boards and developed software on microcontollers (LPCXpresso).
