I’m a senior HSE and Regulatory Affairs manager with broad experience in advocacy and regulatory compliance. I have been working for 25 years in global multinational and SME size companies.

Managed the organizational transition from regional multi-disciplinary teams to global teams of specialists. Restructured a global team with only senior specialist to a balanced workforce of senior & junior specialists and support staff. Managed a team (12 FTE) of product regulatory professionals around the world supporting all BP businesses. Budget responsibility (Euro 1+ million) Managed BP’s activities in Industry Associations (>20 Industry groups).

Established strategies and product stewardship plans for all business in EMEA and key global markets (Food & Beverage, Pulp and Mining Businesses). Accountable for managing the Food and Feed registrations (Euro 300+ million business) Managed the product regulatory approvals of R&D projects. Managed a small team (3 FTE) of product regulatory professionals Represented Ashland in industry associations relevant to the commercial units.

- Organized and completed the organizational transition of the EMEA HSE team. - Managed the EMEA regional HSE organization (15 FTE). Budget responsibility Euro 1.5+ million. - Led the EMEA HSE activities in mergers, acquisitions and divestures (10+ M&A projects). - Integrated HSE resources due to business acquisitions. - Managed the HSE & RM SAP implementation project (18+ months project, 10+ FTE project team). - Planned the strategy and roll-out of all key projects (e.g. REACH, RC14001, BPR, ATEX).

- Interim Management of medium-sized HSE organizations (5-15 FTE). - HSE consultancy work for large international industries in Energy, Oil and Chemicals sector (responsible for turnover of Euro 1.5+ million). - Key Account Manager for two international companies in the Petrochemical business. - Led the HSE activities in M&A projects for clients (20+ M&A projects). - Managed consultancy projects on ISO management systems, environmental permitting, personnel & system training and due diligence.
