Managed the reactivation project of the Self Elevating Drilling unit SATURN after lay-up, organized 5 yearly Class inspections, including UWILD and regulatory/statutory surveys. Managed logistics of supply vessel, cargo and bulk. Developed and various operational reports and scheduler to efficiently plan daily operations. Monitor the quality of the marine operations through various KPI’s. Managed yearly budget. Assisted management to plan yearly CapEX and OpEX budgets .

Designated as Ship Security Officer. Implemented new maintenance procedures for various equipment and machinery. Managed, organized and executed upgrade of the pneumatic actuation system for the ballast valves on time and within the budget, increasing ballast system efficiency and reliability. Safely and efficiently executed all work scopes for the marine department during the 5 yearly special period survey and shipyard project.

Planned and managed cargo transfer to minimize handling and maximize efficiency. Led rig team during periodical inspection with Italian authorities. Coordinated cargo handling and bulk loading according to drilling program. Implemented maintenance standard according to local laws and regulations

Assisted marine planner in daily marine operations Assigned as rig move assistant for the two rigs in Italy and in charge for rig move preparations. Organised and managed manpower to assist contractors during structural steel replacement projects. Assigned to organise and supervise the helideck landing markings painting project to comply with the UK CAA CAP 437 standard.
