- Merchandising of adidas Originals & adidas Originals Action Sports/Skateboarding (apparel, footwear, accessories) for South East Asia, catering for different country and channel needs according to budget - Managing ranging process & alignment of all 6 countries and all channels (own retail, franchise, wholesale & ecom) - Ranging, reporting, customer meetings, project management and support of brand communications across channels

- Define seasonal process steps and timelines for all GTM (go to market) processes - Project Management: lead and support several marketing projects and strategic initiatives - Change Management: implement new departments or strategic timeline changes into processes; define roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders - communication with all stakeholders globally and within markets (Operations, Product Marketing, GTM, Creation Centers)

3 year development program including work experience in various departments at adidas Group HQ and adidas subsidiaries. Experience in Product Marketing, Go to Market, Key Account Management, Own Retail and HR.
