Regional P/L projects reponsibility for Tebodin Netherlands South and Belgium (Eindhoven, Maastricht, Bergen op Zoom, Antwerpen). Project & Construction Management including Project Services for Large Capital Investment Projects for chemicals, polymers, food & pharma, oil & gas-industry. Development of project management competences within the company and set up Tebodin Academy for PM's.

Responsible for organizational start up and development of a full range Project Services Department within the Essent Power industry. Large Capital Projects (Euro 50 - 400 mln) for Power Generation, CCGT, Coal, biomass, biofuels.

Responsible for team integration and development of technologists out of R&D-sectors: Base Chemicals, Performance Materials and Life Sciences into one Technology Department ACES ("Advanced Chemical Engineering Solutions"), able to support the DSM Business Groups on a most cost efficient way, based upon a sound business plan. Reporting to the Board of R&D directors. The team consists of >70 R&D professionals.

Operational responsibility (Profit/Loss) for a team of 25 project managers active in Large Capital Project developments and project realisation for DSM's Base Chemicals, Performance Materials and Life Sciences business sectors.

Operational responsibility of a team of > 45 process technologists active in Chemicals and Life Sciences business. International networking with operations in USA and other countries world wide for project developments world wide. International participation in project developments and project acquisitions for Central Europe and China.

Process Engineering Manager. Operations responsibility (as deputy) for the Process Department, consisting of >90 process engineers in oil & gas, chemicals, petrochemicals, polymers and life sciences business sectors. International business development in Front End Loading for chemical projects, including Large Capital Projects in EU and China

Debottlenecking LIPP-SHAC Polypropylene plant in Rotterdam Integrated function for scope development, technology development, and project- execution with engineering contractor.

Development of the 1st licenced Unipol Polypropylene Impact Copolymer plant in Europe directly after Start Up. Intensive cooperation with Technology Licensor Union Carbide USA. Development of a new Alcohol Ethoxylate Surfactant Plant.

Operations, technology development, capital investment projects in Solution SBR plant, Emulsion SBR-, BR Latex plants and Polyisoprene plant.
