Manage multiple QA teams (20+ FTEs) across Shanghai and Hong Kong in Agile environments. Responsible for quality assurance of various projects, including Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR) official website and mobile app (such as Mobile Order, FastPass, cloud migration, Ticket Acceleration, Push Notification, Lodging (SHDR hotels selling), and Pre-arrival Hotel solution).

Assigned by Accenture to work in Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR) tech team as a QA lead. • Manage 12+ QA engineers. • Managing and coordinating testing across multiple test phases. • Estimate QA resources, provide resource matrix. • Develop overall test strategies, plans and adjust them promptly based on time constraints and to facilitate accelerated releases. • Work with Agile teams to identify epics, features, user stories, and break them down into tasks and testable segments. • Foresee and manage risks.

• Worked effectively across two teams (Kofax and FileNet) in each rapid Agile iteration. • Optimized test strategy, established test plans and schedules, defined test coverage, designed and executed test cases and improved product quality consistently. • Filed, tracked, reported Kofax and FileNet defects and followed up with Developers. • Distributed Agile ways of working across two continents. • Presented team’s delivery strategy, quality practices, and project status to Suncorp CIO and leadership team.

Achievements and responsibilities: • Worked on Disney Sports, Walmart.com & Sam’s Club, and Tribal Group UK projects as QA, Scrum Master, and Team English Improvement Facilitator. • Traveled to San Francisco in 2012 to work with Walmart.com development team as a QA. • Hosted Bleum 2015 Annual Dinner Party as a MC in English.
