Provide leadership and coordination to the BioScience Regional Controlling Community in regard to budget management functions to ensure forecast accuracy for the successful steering of the business. Responsible for the integration of former Schering subsidiaries in Latin America and Europe from an Accounting and Controlling perspective, as well as ensuring the correct and timely quarterly reporting according to Bayer directives to BayRep/ProKon.

Biltrolling Trainee in Group Accounting & Controlling. Responsilbe for securing and managing the correct and timely quarterly reporting of Bayer subsidiaries in Southeast Asia. Familiarizing local F&A employees in the region with recent developments in IAS/IFRS and corporate reporting guidelines through regular meetings and on-site workshops.

Participant of the Bayer AG Trainee program “Marketing and International Business Studies”, which combines full employment, the achievement of the German professional qualification “Industrial Clerk” and a German diploma in Business Administration / Economics (night and weekend classes).
