+ Development of thin-film technology for medical devices: process design and optimization, fabrication of thin-film based devices, testing; + Development of processes, process maturing and yield optimising for manufacturing; + Manage and lead a small team in cleanroom for R&D and manufacturing activities; + Manage the relation with different stakeholders and be the first contact with external collaborators; + Participate in core teams, interface between manufacturing operations and leadership team.

+ Responsible for part of the optical photolithography area: tools and equipment management (SUSS, Singulus, Nordiko, SPTS), users training and process support, creation of standard of operation, maintenance. + Device fabrication: MTJ (Magnetic Tunnel Junction) sensor device fabrication, pilot line production, yield optimization. + Micro and nanofabrication in cleanroom, silicon technology on 8" wafer: photolithography, plasma etching (ICP-RIE), thin-films deposition (PVD - magnetron sputtering, PECVD).

+ Contributed to different research and industrial projects in bio, micro and nanotechnology area. + Microfabrication in cleanroom, participation in project meetings to organise test plans and reports, research and development, process development. + Responsible for silicon technology processes performed in cleanroom: sputtering, e-beam evaporation, deep reactive ion etching. + Co-invented a diagnostic device for quality control and food safety. + Tutor and trainer for Polytechnic graduating students.
