Responsible for coordinating and supervising the logistic department. Directly coordinated and managed the activity for Logistic department ( direct: 13 team members; indirect: 48 team members).. Key user for the following applications and programs : MESS EFF, MESS RPT and IPST. Directly responsible for respecting project timeline.

Responsible to develop and optimization of processes across departments . Key user for the following applications and programs : MESS EFF , ProSeS and IPST . Training of the logistic/production personnel with the new system. Keep permanent contact with all relevant departments in the plant and Identify possible blocking points and plan appropriate actions to solve them.

Supervising and communicating with all departments involved in the production process so the deadline for finished products are fulfilled. Planning finished products on the following installations – machine tip: Engel, AKE and MAI (complex montage). Good communication with all departments involve in the process so the delivery of parts will not affect our customer.

Coordination of the warehouses, supply chain. Ordering and keeping the stock balance of material parts that are use in production process. Organizes general inventory for the plant.
