In my role, I maintain renewal and retention of direct customers and through partners, across UK & Europe. Essentially, fostering strong customer relationships and the ongoing development of customer references and customer loyalty. Additionally, I manage on-boarding for all my new customers and provide post-sales account management to ensure successful adoption and usage. Identifying training and product development requirements is also an important part of my job.
