Setting the strategic orientation of the organization, managing over 40 people, administrating the International Internship Program, delivering trainings and coaching members, recruiting AIESEC members

Planning, implementing and evaluating community development projects in Moldovan rural areas on issues as Human Trafficking, Gender Equality, International Education Opportunities etc.
