Cristina Paiu

I am the author of training seminars for parents and specialists. I create early development and personal development programs for children and pre-adolescents. I organize individual and group therapies. I offer guidance to parents in questions related to child development.

I worked as a psychologist in the field of rehabilitation of children after cochlear implantation. We have carried out several trainings for parents, in order to support the rehabilitation therapy. I was a trainer of art therapy sessions for children and a counselor in family support. I was a member of the image development and promotion team.

I developed educational programs, I was involved in the process of organizing and evaluating them. My tasks were: communication with parents, children, partners. I worked in market research, in particular, analysis of customer needs and analysis of competitors' strategies.

During my career in marketing, I worked in such fields as: transport, production, business consulting services, NGOs. My main tasks were: market studies (consumer behavior, competitor analysis); development of marketing and communication strategies; employee training (regarding corporate culture, customer service, sales strategies).
