Cost saving: up to 253k Euro in 7 months; Keeping RCE meeting (root cause elimination) in order to track main issues; Train and support for Minitab; Evaluate 8D reports for quality engineers that they meet internal and customer requirements; Participate in workshops for continuous improvement.

Participate at daily meeting with work organization; Filling in 8D reports for customer complaints and QRQC for internal issues; Ensure that the products meet customer requirements Internal process and product audits according ISO standard and customer specifications; Create PFMEA and Control Plan for pre-series and update for series production; Continuous improvement using Kaizen and A3 problem solving methodology.

Responsible for administrative part, keeping in touch with customers assuring quantity and quality for the products, as well with suppliers, organizing the work load and if necessary overtime, payments for invoices, contact with local authorities.
