My portfolio consists of 17 CRE units with over 150.000 sqm NLA. In addition to regular asset management responsibilities, I establish yearly budget plans, oversee the property team (PM, FM, Sales, Marketing, Finance) and report to the CEO.

In my previous position I oversaw on-boarding projects for new customers. This meant being in charge of the project team, aligning the expectations and keeping the necessary deadlines. I had 15-20 projects simultaneously.

I managed real estate construction and renovation projects while handling property maintenance as well. I also oversaw property portfolio sales, whereas I cooperated in establishing TDDs, LDDs and EDDs, organised visits and forecast budgets.

I acquired key experience as an intern at PwC in the areas of Audit, Advisory and IT. I had the opportunity to perform interviews with managing directors, CEOs and regular employees at various different companies, could gain knowledge in GDPR, ITGC and JET.

Amongst many challenging tasks I assisted expatriates from various countries, organized Welcome and Real-Estate-Choosing events for them, assisted Expats in day-to-day problems, done complex calculations and estimations and prepared presentations for executives.
