Joined team at early stage, for about two years I was a sole developer in company, after few other developers were hired, I become team lead. We developed website where customers signup for our service and several web-apps to manage orders processing, warehousing, styling, integration with third-party services (payment platform, postal services, etc). Main technologies used: Ruby on Rails, Postgresql, React, jQuery, Bootstrap.

I've helped to build team of 6 developers to work on internal projects for company. My role involves team management, developing system architecture, and I still take active part in software development itself. Under my supervision we've incorporated in company's working culture task management system, test driven development and unified coding style. In-house developed Warehouse Management System allowed to speedup orders processing and resulted in strong and steady customer base growth.

Developed servers for mobile games produced by company. Typically server was written in java with Netty (http://netty.io) for network layer and PostgreSQL for database layer. We used intensivly Spring Framework (IoC-container, transactions, jdbc, scheduling, cacheing) and EhCache in server side. Also participated in client development (C#/Unity3D), mostly for code related to server communications.

It is a small (circa 10 people) company, whose main product is a 'Pension Payments' system for Russian Pension Fund. It's a big distributed system, main task is a calculating and accounting of pension to be paid for citizens of Russia. Was invited to take Head Software Engineer position in stage of initial adoption of system by customer. I've lead team through first installation of product and helped them with arised problems.

Team Leader in Java EE developement department. We worked as part of distributed team with offices in Moscow, Ufa, Perm and Nizhny Novgorod. Our clients was a big goverment and commercial institutions, e.g. SberBank (largest bank in Russia), MTS (mobile operator) and many others. We usually had 4-6 projects running simultaneously, with 3-10 developers per project. I played role of line manager in whole development department in Ufa and also was a technical leader in one of projects.

As developer I worked on several projects mostly with Java Portal technology stack. We developed home-brewed ECM system and used it as base for several projects. Our customers was a big commercial and goverment institutions, including RosSvyaz (Federal Communications Agency), MTS (mobile operator), MosOblBank and others.

Worked as developer on 'Pension Payments' project for Russian Pension Fund. Technologies used: - Websphere AS 5.1, 6.0, 6.1 - Struts 1.x with Tiles plugin - Spring Framework v 2.0 - IBM DB2 v 8.x

Main product was CRM System 'WinPeak CRM'. I started with working on customization projects for our customers, later took part in developing of core components. Mostly we worked with home-brewed interpreted language (WP-Script) and SQL, with some bits of Delphi. Our product supported three different RDBMS: Oracle (8+), MS SQL 2000 and MS Access. For reporting we used Fast Report. Here I greatly improved my SQL/RDBMS knowledge and learned how to optimize queries, analyze execution plans, etc.
