Process monitoring and improvement. Training of hiring managers.

Managing a team of recruiters, providing end to end resourcing and recruitment services into various Siemens operating companies. Operational recruitment activities including briefing sessions for new requisitions, producing recruitment project plans, sourcing and selection of candidates, competency based interviewing and candidate management through to offer and on-boarding.

Responsible for all recruitment strategy and activity for a number of countries in Europe, South America, South Africa and Australasia. Development, management and administration of recruitment process in line with company SOPs.
