    I oversea a very talented team of four graphic designers and two writers. While managing a budget of $2.3M USD , I act as a liaison between internal business partners and external vendors, understanding the importance of representing a brand. Using tools such as Agile and Basecamp, I am able to deliver projects in time and on budget. Each season, I am managing over 40 projects, resulting in over 120 projects a year.

    In this role, I managed the production of all Kate Spade Saturday marketing photoshoots. This included analyzing staffing needs, negotiating rates for equipment and personnel and overseeing the centralized budget. I managed the department timeline for all creative deadlines including print and online deliverables as well as store visual. In this role, I also project managed all partnerships with consumer brands including JetBlue, Birch Box and West Elm.
