I manage five product teams consisting of developers, business analysts, and testers, on a government contract for a high-level national security case management system.

Served as Senior Business Analyst on a government grants management project for the US Dept of Labor.

Conducted analysis and business requirements assemblage to develop detailed, functional requirements for the Program. Collaborated daily with business owners to perform close evaluations of business requirements to identify gaps and interdependencies to draft and propose solutions to reconcile conflicts

Led teams in production of training plans, SOPs, work orders, and FRDs in agreement with business objectives and project goals. Created, tested and managed all unit databases in collaboration with of Lead Systems Administrator. Analyzed all results of testing processes and test-fixes for application development. Managed System Change Requests (SCR), budget/forecasting using agency-approved open source systems and Remedy Ticketing System.

Prepared company $1.8M budget for IT service management and training, which included variables and complexities such as operational changes, organizational changes, facilities changes, and proposed projects to build realistic budgets with attention to financial constraints.
