Danica Lance

As part of the corporate management team, Danica supports the President/CEO and Executive Management Team in their responsibilities of managing the company and achieving the business goals. Danica manages the day-to-day operational aspects of Baumann Consulting such as Human Resources, Project Management, Project Controlling, Quarterly and Annual Analyse, company resources and tools which include Deltek Vision.

Oversee, manage, coordinate, and maintain Baumann's enterprise resource planning system (ERP), Deltek Vision. Research, analyze and develop solutions for all Deltek Vision modules to support day-to-day process, management, implementation, and utilization requirements. Create, implement, and monitor performance benchmarks for projects. Support Accounting, Business Development, Marketing, Human Resources, and Upper Management with Deltek Vision concerns.

Structured and supported the company’s implementation of Deltek Vision with Accounting, Marketing, and Project Planning modules. Prepared and conducted trainings of Management, Administration, Project Managers, and Staff. Assisted management and project managers in project planning and project controlling. Provided assistance and support for the company’s marketing activities, including business development, proposal writing, and developing of marketing materials.

Managed two residential populations totaling 568 beds in suites and apartment-styled living. Coordinated the housing and residential component of the Smithsonian-Mason semester program at Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute. Supervised a student staff of 22, including two graduate students. Counseled, advised, and provided resources to students and student staff. Instructed college course for student leaders.
