KLIP-Project, (LfU Bayern): investigation of temperatur data for the subsurface of the Bavarian Molasse-Basin. Correction and sensitivity analysis of measured bottom hole temperatures (BHT) and preparation of 2-D temperature map for the Top Malm/Purbeck surface.

Jordan, Dubaydib Wellfield. Evalutation of drilling and sampling activities. Revision of sample description of about 40 wells at the Dubaydib Wellfield project in Jordan. Stratigraphic interpretation, illustration of lithological logs, and cross sections.

Assignment in Saudi Arabia in the Rub' al Khali water project: Supervision of water well drilling activities. Employment as wellsite geologist: Description and interpretation of rock samples; correlation of boreholes and preparation of sedimentological models. Supervision and evaluation of geophysical borehole logging.

Assignment in Saudi Arabia. Description, sampling and gamma ray measurements in outcrops equivalent to water-bearing sandstone and limestone aquifers of Central Saudi Arabia (Cretaceous).

Assignment in Riad, Saudi Arabia. Logging, sampling and description of Cretaceous outcrops of Central Saudi Arabia. Correlation of outcrops and evaluation of quality as aquifer; measurement of porosity and permeability of rock samples. Participation in subsoil expertise and geohydraulic testing for the german embassy in Riad, Saudi Arabia. Participation and evaluation of water pumping tests, measurement of field parameters, and water sampling.
