Led a team of 5 people to develop a community of green entrepreneurs across 8 Mediterranean/MENA countries, built an online magazine with over 350 entrepreneur portraits, and managed the advocacy efforts to scale the SwitchMed incubation/acceleration program.

Coached 40 future changemakers in eco-innovation and building sustainable business models on a 5-week summer school program traveling to Hamburg, London, and the University of Warwick.

Led a multi-stakeholder team of carbon management experts and behavioral economists collaborating on an EU-funded innovation project to develop business models that leverage CDP's data to promote sustainable consumption. Raised €1.4 million in funding for the continuation of one developed concept.

Co-wrote a book on kickstarting community projects that make sense.

Advising the research program investigating the development of sustainable consumer culture projects to increase awareness and purchasing competence of youth and young adults in educational institutions.

PR/Communications for a global Carbon Asset Management firm. Led the communications campaign for Swiss-German merger.

Restructured and relaunched campus-wide (3 locations) live music concert series "New Beat Happening" to increase revenue and concert size. Established this as a cornerstone format by recruiting, training, and empowering a student volunteer committee to ensure continued operations.
