Unter der Koordination des Fraunhofer IPA arbeiten die Daimler AG, Homag Holzbearbeitungssysteme GmbH, MAN Diesel & Turbo SE, IPRI gGmbH, Camos GmbH, Infoman GmbH und LF Consult GmbH daran, ein Referenzmodell für eine wandlungsfähige Produktion aufzustellen. Thema der Masterthesis ist es in Zusammenarbeit mit den Unternehmen und den Projektteams Parallelen zu identifizieren und wissenschaftlich zu analysieren. www.wpslive.de

Die Bearbeitung von Teilprojekten und administrativen Tätigkeiten sowie die Modellierung von Prozessen und die Ressourcenplanung zählten im Wesentlichen zu meinen Aufgaben und machten es mir möglich, neue Team- und Projektfähigkeiten zu erwerben.

In dem Praktikum war es mir möglich verschiedene Abteilungen der Firma Seeberger KG zu durchlaufen.
