* Manage payroll processing with third party payroll vendor. * Responsible for immigration process for all H-1B and TN candidates and employees. * Manage on-boarding process for new employees. * Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local laws. * Coordinate and implement employee development programs including “all staff” workshops and on-going brown bag lunches. * Investigate and implement employee wellness programs. * Responsible for benefits administration including medial, dental, vision, life etc.

* HR functions – Managed new employee onboarding and training, benefits administration, employee performance management, foreign worker immigration compliance and visa acquisition, all aspects of recruiting, created and maintained employee handbook, and ensured compliance with all local and federal laws. * Accounting and Bookkeeping – Handled financial record maintenance and upkeep, processed expense reports, provided additional assistance to Accountant as necessary.
