Responsible for commercial HR operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa & Latin America ensuring alignment with business objectives. Partner with the SVP EMEA & LATAM and country heads to drive strategic HR initiatives that support business growth and enhance the employee experience.

Responsible for setting up the HR policies, recruitment of regional team, communication, and setting up the legal entity for the regional MEA office in Dubai.

Lead HR team in Middle East, partnership with Country leaders and work closely with global HR team to implement Allergan global HR strategies in region. Control regional resources and policy formulation for MENA region across all functions.

Joined Abbott Laboratories in 2010, after demerger of Abbott Laboratories and AbbVie Biopharmaceuticals assumed role of HR Business partner with AbbVie Biopharmaceuticals Responsible for Business HR in Gulf, Levant and Egypt Separation & Acquisition: worked on the acquisition of solvay in 2010 and on abbott/abbvie spin off in 2012/2013 HRIS: Taleo, Brassring, Success Factor, SAP, Star Selection.

Lead the Automation and digitalization of HR processes and talent management systems. Championed Taleo & HR Information systems and appointed to train the Tunisian, Morocoan, Saudi and Algeria HR Team on effective use of the system. Steered the planning and execution of first EMEA HR Summit meeting in Dubai for 70 Senior HRD & HRM.
