Current position as leader of a team of twelve engineers with specialization in electrical systems (energy feeding, energy management, rolling stock diagnostic, traction, batteries, light, cable, sanitary, and door systems)

At the fleet management department my main responsibilities are defining and optimizing the systems during the whole life cycle on the rolling stock. Specialization in interaction of the pantograph with the OHL (overhead line); regarding questions of contact quality, homologation, tunnel, aerodynamics, tribology, etc. This includes working closely with different departments i.e. specialists, professionals, technical staff, infrastructure, external railway companies, industry, etc.

Main responsibility at present is to build up the market presence in the French speaking part of Switzerland. Organize the continuous generation of structured market information and derive the optimal sales and product development strategy. I am responsible of pricing in a broadly defined framework and the implementation of the marketing mix. This includes client acquisition and visits.

I developed mechanical parts & equipment on CAD. This included the first production at the company's workshop and in a 2nd step to transfer the production for series fabrication. In the field of regulatory affairs to certify the company for medical manufacturing. Successfully implementing and certifying the company to be conform with the medical standards in course of the auditing process. The job entailed working closely with the management and assisting it in operational issues.
