Working as a Senior Business Project Manager and managing multiple work streams in a global procure-to-pay project: - Undertaking project, change and stakeholder management for the service procurement area - Defining the global operating model for the global procure-to-pay organization of Credit Suisse - Recruiting and setting up a team of 15 procurement and accounts payables specialists in Wroclaw (Poland)
