After identifying and qualifying the candidate, they are then passed through the various stages within entire recruitment process. • Motivating active/passive candidates about exceptional opportunities within Capco • Extensive planning and time management.

I am a Recruitment Consultant specialising in recruitment across the Microsoft Technologies, having successfully and consistently filled roles within the .Net/SharePoint market in the DACH region. I have a very well placed/existing network of clients and candidates, very strong market knowledge within the DACH region, and also a proven track record across DACH, there are few (if any) better placed consultants to meet the needs of both clients and candidates alike.
