Expense Management Department: - Management of expense reports - Ensure that all expenses are within the company's policy, thresholds and approved on time - Reporting expenses that are potentially VAT recovered for several countries - Make allocations for specific Cost Centers and Internal Orders - Masterdata - Costumer support, including monitoring accounts in SAP for delayed or missing payments and other irregularities - Internal audit - Corrections on SAP in regards to the expense reports

- Contact with companies in order to raise partnerships and new internship programs for international students; - Development of social responsibility events

- Organization of several events in Porto in order to promote the company; - Establish new partnerships

Organization of activities, cultural and social events in order to promote the integration of the international students in Porto.
