Recruiting for the new Goodyear plant in Dudelange and supporting the recruitment for the Colmar Berg plant: -preparing and publishing job postings, -screening and creating longlists of candidates, -face-to-face interviews -scheduling interviews, -organizing hiring days -reimbursement for travel expenses for candidates attending F2F interviews

• Responsible for end to end recruitment process for ABB Spain • Providing market expertise and acting as point of contact for managers and candidates with regards to recruitment inquiries • Attending interview debrief sessions with hiring managers • Conducting phone interviews

- Translation of Spanish to English of item master data and ensure quality of translation by knowing the technical terms of the Steel / Engineering items; - Reverse translation (from English into Spanish); - Understand client's requirements and align with European stake holders; - Harmonization process and translation process (forward, reverse and taxonomy) for Business Division South West (EN «» ES) 1 year project-based

- Recruiting candidates from the Romanian market to top clients worldwide ( Accenture, Kellogs, Wipro, Fresenius, IBM, Infineon, KPMG, etc.). Profiles recruited: finance, HR, customer support, engineers, IT professionals. - interviewing candidates, - creating, editing and posting job advertisements, - managing the recruitment process in One Touch internal system, - taking care of the quality of internal data and communication, - implementing new ways of sourcing candidates,
