Together with my team, I share responsibility for understanding our clients’ needs, mapping out industries and organizations, executing our search strategy, and delivering access to precisely the knowledge-owners who can add value to our clients’ thinking.

Key decision maker since before restaurant opening in July 2011 regarding setup, staff, and daily operation. Weekly analysis of P&L and labor reports. Responsible for various ordering and vendor communication. Engage in weekly meetings with owners and upper company management and use material to fuel weekly meetings with my own management staff. Work closely with Head Chef to uphold highest quality standards.
