Responsible for supporting and managing Financial Systems implementation. Main responsibilities: • Functional presentation of modules acquired by customers; detail the functional aspects of the systems; execute operations to simulate a real scenario; • Analysis of the parameterization and configuration of the required products for system operation; • User training. Main Financial Systems: Financial Settlement System; Checking account; Bank charges; Loan; Internet Banking; SPB; DDA; Covenants

Responsible for analysis, supporting and implementing Financial Systems improvements. • Supporting Key Users; • Opening and follow-up of tickets with suppliers; • Meetings with customers and key users to define system rules and policies; • Error and Requirements Analysis; • Planning and Testing new systems features for deployment in production; • Supporting and development of queries/reports and SQL procedures (Oracle PL/SQL Database); • Implementation of Financial Systems improvements.
