Duties include coordination of all MEPFS related systems, elevators, fire alarms and security systems within the project site of a 15,064 m2 parcel of land. Manages MEPFS subcontractors throughout the duration of the project and reviews all payment applications (schedule of values) for comparison of work completed against billing percentages.
