My responsibilities include managing the Total Warranty Cost and Performance: monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the expenses associated with product warranties, as well as evaluating the performance of these warranties in terms of customer satisfaction and product reliability. The goal is to ensure that warranty-related expenses are minimized while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and product quality.

I was responsible for the planning and technical delivery of production for both interior and exterior trim components. My role involved extensive collaboration with the R&D Trim department, interfacing with the BIW (Body in White) area, Passive Safety department, and Whole Vehicle Integration team.. With a strong quality profile, I gained valuable experience in bench testing, debugging, and maintaining production systems to ensure optimal performance and adherence to Ferrari's high-quality standards.

I was responsible for software quality assurance and certification for airborne and ground equipment in both military and civil environments, adhering to rigorous standards such as RTCA DO-178B/C and MIL-STD 498. My expertise included managing the certification process, ensuring thorough documentation, and conducting reviews to verify that all requirements were met according to established aerospace industry standards.

In charge of definition of the methodology of testing according to the applicable standards. Attending to the meeting in order to report the progress of the projects. Performing and reporting Squeak & Rattle on 4 posters bench. (Pavè test, Torsional line)

Junior System Engineer in a Concurrent Design Facility for the A-SCOPE project (Advanced Space Carbon and Climate Observation of Planet Earth). In charge of the development of COMMS model and algorithms for data analysis. Providing support for updates and integration of computational tools for the Concurrent Design environment of Thales Alenia Space (Excel and VBA).
