Working with all the tasks of the Depository (also partially performing the tasks of the Back Office)

Maintaining the database of local (Russian) and international securities (shares, bonds, units, rights) and issuers Processing of securities income (dividends, coupons, and redemptions on local and international securities) in custody and bank G/L systems that include a reconciliation of the received funds, reflecting in the custody and bank G/L systems (by posting appropriate entries) and distributing amongst the custody clients Understanding and following Fund Money Transfer Policy and SOX requirements

Supporting issuers activities, clients, securities listing, and cooperation with registers and correspondent customers. • Prepared reports, worked with primary documents. • Registration of security rights. • Participation in the negotiations/ meetings with clients

Arranged for the performance and supervision of custody documents turnover; Producing invoices for custody services. Supervising invoice payment to other organizations; Supporting custody clients servicing.
