More than 10 contracts signed with Australian, German and American companies. The most expensive contract was signed with British Pharmacy Company with year income of £90K. Work on data and business analysis, statistics and biostatistics projects.

• Hiring, training and monitoring of employees, creating of motivation systems; • Searching for new clients; • Monitoring of competitors; • Payment and monitoring of salaries. Increasing of income from 4K to 25K at the moment of cooperation. Increasing of amount of clients from 15 to 60 women, plus 7 new websites for work and 12 new interpreters from all over Ukraine (20 employees generally).
