Property development portfolio includes residential, hotels, leisure (golf courses, clubhouses, etc), office complexes, commercial centers and reclamation of land for industrial business hubs & waterfront development.

Heads the Property Development Division. 
 Originally a Ministry of Finance Malaysia-initiated company tasked with providing the housing needs to the entire spectrum of the Government Servants. Residential components ranges from medium cost townships to high end enclaves. Other major development components include retail centers, high-rise office towers and complexes.

Heads the luxury/high-end Property Development Division in the city-center for the diversified public-listed Conglomerate.

Heads the Island & Peninsular Group Project Management Division. The Group, established in the early 1960's, is a public-listed property Company with extensive notable developments in Penang, Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
