Brought in to establish a Public Sector presence in Yorkshire on the back of ReThink’s award onto the NMNC and CRF (PASA) Buying Solutions frameworks. Conducted all initial research into local candidate and client markets then developed a suitable portfolio of both. Responsible for full recruitment life cycle with IT candidates at all levels and disciplines for permanent and contract roles.

Delivered contract and interim IT staff into leading Private Sector organisations across London. Key clients included: BSkyB, Virgin Media, ITV, Tesco, Ladbrokes and News International Transformed a cold FTSE 100 account into the largest across Venn Group's London C&I business unit from a standing start in 18 months. Achieved this by developing meaningful relationships across all areas of the business and an exceptional knowledge of the relevant candidate base.

Worked as a planning analyst in the Commercial Vehicles brand in Volkswagen's head office. Tasked with setting the targets for the dealer network in 2006, creating a prospectus to sell the brand to potential investors in the retailer network, establishing new reporting suites and meeting formats to be used by the management team, as well as getting involved with the launch of the Crafter new model.
