Lead a team of four team leaders in charge of the end-to-end delivery of Production-related learning activities in the domains Manufacturing, Health & Safety and Quality to all Airbus divisions across all European sites with a remote team of around 30 employees located in all major European plants.

Lead a team of internal training administrators spread across four countries (France, Germany, UK, Spain) to deliver all administration activities and logistics linked to the deployment of training in a harmonized way to all Airbus divisions (Commercial Aircraft, Defense and Space, Helicopters) in Germany, UK, Spain and a part of France.
