I work with PERA on the MAS scheme delivering Lean development services with Government funding to SME's in central UK and later became part of their single client consulting team, designing and delivering new product offerings regards Innovationa nd corporate creativity - e.g. Open Ocean, a blend of Open Innovation techniques and Blue Ocean strategic thinking

Co-Founder and Managing Director, providing Lean development consulting services from Cultural change and strategy in relation to psychological considerations of individuals and groups to the basics (Lean tools and techniques) training and implementation.

Responsible for introducing Policy Deployment to the Board, implementing it across all departments and training all staff in relation to the PD concept and associated Lean tools. 5S, Problem solving, Value stream mapping - reversed a falling profit trend - 14M to 6M profit drop stopped and reversed to 10M in 18months

Responsible for all engineering and production throughput developments and training on a site of approx 350 people.
