Responsibilities: Leading multiple teams in the making of the IKEA catalogue and in other media projects (print and digital). Creating project plans, securing and coordinating resources. Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders and clients. Delivering on time within budget throughout all project phases, i.e. including creative, planning, production and post production phases. Full budget responsibility.

Responsibilities: Accountable for the business area Kitchen and Dining in Poland. Compiling market & competitor analysis and risk analysis. Responsible for the product range, pricing, range presentation in the stores, campaigns, coaching the sales department managers. Leading different sales trainings on country level.
