• One-year internship (New Health Platform) in combination with a master thesis (Detection and Enzymatic Degradation of Phytic Acid in Plant-Based Food Matrices) which aim it was to enhance the nutritional profile and mineral bioavailability of plant-based products • Consult in the area of nutrition for various projects and developing healthy food concepts

• Clinical trials (medicinal products: phase I, II and medicinal devices) according to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), applicable regulatory requirements (Austrian laws) and the Declaration of Helsinki • Conducting glucose clamp studies, blood sample processing, medical monitoring and nutritional education of probands during trials
